C12 OPERATOR (FORKLIFT)

About the role

Looking for a permanent skilled Forklift operator (license essential) with experience in loading and unloading of goods.

Aspects of the role include:

• OH&S conscience
• Forklift operation including moving palletised stock, loading and unloading of trucks
• Preparing stock for warehousing
• Site cleaning and general housekeeping duties to reduce waste and potential safety hazards
• Manual handling as required
• Attention to detail
• RF Scanning
• Some data entry/ computer skills required
• Some packing 
• Flexibility to cover shift work in a 24/5 operation (plus optional overtime available on weekends)
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team

Skills and experience

Ideally, you should have experience working in a factory, and operating a forklift within an FMCG environment. You will have a great work attitude, be skilled at managing your time and be highly reliable. You must also be committed to maintaining high standards of workplace safety and working in a team environment.
