The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Digital Product Associate, to support the ongoing improvement of our student-facing digital experiences. In this role, you'll help manage and maintain the product backlog across our university partner websites, assisting with the prioritisation and delivery of enhancements that improve the student experience. Working closely with UX/UI, Delivery, Technology and Marketing teams, you'll gather user feedback, contribute ideas for website improvements, and help ensure digital initiatives are delivered smoothly. Your New Role
Support the product backlog, aligned to roadmap and business priorities Champion a customer-first approach, driving improvements in UX, engagement and conversion Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Delivery, UX/UI, CRO, Tech) to deliver high-quality digital experiences Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements in Confluence Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning and agile ceremonies Balance competing priorities (enhancements, defects, technical debt, SEO, security) Support QA, UAT and production validation during releases Communicate release updates and ensure stakeholder readiness Build strong relationships across Digital, Marketing, Operations and Technology
Who We Need
You’re a collaborative and detail-oriented Product Owner with a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences. You’ll bring:2 years experience as a Product Owner/Associate (or similar) in agile environmentsStrong knowledge of Agile/Scrum (SAFe experience advantageous)Expertise in backlog management across multiple prioritiesExperience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting QA/UATExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to translate business needs into delivery-ready solutionsA strong customer-centric mindset and critical thinking approach
Bonus If You Have Experience With
Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, WordPress, SalesforceCRO or digital optimisation environmentsEducation, retail or high-volume customer-focused industriesAgile certifications (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
