About us

Xplicit Kleans is a Southeast Queensland cleaning and property services business working across Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. We clean the outside of residential homes and commercial properties — from single-storey houses through to strata complexes, retail sites and commercial buildings. Our external services team is growing and we're looking for a reliable person to join it.

The role

Casual position, 15–30 hours per week depending on workload. Work includes:

• Soft washing houses, roofs and building exteriors
• Gutter cleaning
• Solar panel cleaning
• Pressure washing driveways, paths, car parks and commercial hardstand

You'll be working across residential and commercial sites throughout Southeast Queensland, so your own reliable vehicle is essential.

What we're looking for

• Current Working at Heights ticket — this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have
• Own reliable vehicle and current driver's licence
• Reliable. You turn up when you say you will, on time
• Honest. You'll be working unsupervised at client properties
• Customer focused. Most of our work is at occupied homes and trading businesses — how you present and speak to people matters as much as the clean
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and outdoors in Queensland weather
• Experience with soft wash or pressure cleaning is an advantage, but we'll train the right person

• Casual rate of $34-$35 per hour, paid weekly
