Dishwasher / Kitchen Hand

Elizabeth Andrews Catering is renowned for delivering exceptional catering services across Victoria. Our high-volume kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to support our dynamic team in providing top-notch culinary experiences. We are currently seeking dedicated Dishwashers / Kitchen Hands to join our vibrant team and contribute to our standard of excellence.

Shifts Available:

• Morning Shift: 6 am - 3 pm

• Day Shift: 9 am - 5 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently wash and sanitise dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.

• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sweeping, mopping floors, and wiping down surfaces.

• Assist in kitchen prep tasks as needed under the guidance of the culinary team.

• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all kitchen areas and equipment.

• Collaborate with the team to meet high-volume demands without compromising quality.

• On occasion, assist with deliveries to various event locations, ensuring timely and safe transport of catering goods.

Requirements:

• A valid Victoria Driver's License is essential.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Strong commitment to hygiene and food safety standards.

• Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team.

• No prior experience necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.

• Flexibility to work across the various shifts mentioned.
