The Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality machinery service and technical support to clients in the Truss & Frame industry. Your role will focus on ensuring timely, efficient service with a strong emphasis on professionalism and exceptional customer care.

This is a hands-on, field-based role that involves traveling to client sites to carry out servicing, repairs, and emergency maintenance on our machinery. A willingness to travel frequently and work overtime as required is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site service and repairs for machinery used in the Truss & Frame industry

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently

• Ensure all work is performed to high safety and quality standards

• Provide an excellent customer experience at every interaction

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Fitting) or equivalent

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mechanical fitting and assembly

• Experience with hydraulics and automation (highly desirable)

• Current High-Risk Work Licence – Forklift

• Experience operating overhead cranes

• Ability to interpret technical and assembly drawings, and work instructions

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive, manual tasks

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Australian drivers license

What We Offer:
This is an exciting and dynamic full-time opportunity offering stable hours—Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm, with early finishes at 12:00pm on Fridays. Overtime is regularly required.
You’ll be based at our Dandenong South support office, but will spend most of your time on the road servicing customer sites.

You will be equipped with phone, serviced vehicle and fuel card.
