About the role 

Reporting into the People Operations Manager, this stand-alone role's primary responsibility is the running of our inhouse Barista station for our Warriewood head office staff.  

Our ideal candidate would be available on Mondays and Wednesday's each week.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Day to day running of the coffee machine - making coffee and smoothies
• Overseeing winter soups (June / July / August only)
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace
• Placing orders for supplies (milk/frozen fruits/coffee beans/cups)
• Providing excellent customer service
• Other adhoc duties as required from time to time
• Great hourly rate working shifts Monday to Friday (no weekend work)

• Proven barista experience 
• Friendly and bubby personality
• Ability to take ownership and work autonomously
• Reliable and hard working with great communication skills 
• Flexibility with days/ hours for holiday leave and sick cover
