Role Description The Investment Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Wollongong, NSW. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing property-related investment portfolios, including analyzing potential acquisitions, assessing financial performance, and recommending investment strategies aligned with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and financial analysis, preparing investment reports and presentations, monitoring existing investments, and identifying opportunities for value creation. The Investment Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders and franchisees, contribute to forecasting and budgeting, and support decision-making on capital allocation and risk management. The role also involves staying informed about relevant economic trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments that may impact real estate investments.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong investment management capabilities, including experience in Investments and Investment Management.Candidates should possess solid analytical skills, with the ability to apply Investment Strategies and Finance knowledge to real estate portfolios.Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, economics, commerce, business, or a related field.Experience in property or real estate investment, asset management, or financial analysis is highly beneficial.Strong quantitative and modeling skills, with proficiency in common financial and analytical tools.Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to diverse stakeholders and support evidence-based decisions.Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused outcomes.Ability to work on-site in Wollongong, NSW, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
