About the role
Location: Tewantin
Start Late September / Early October 2026
About the position:
This traineeship is for individuals wanting to gain experience in the construction industry through full-time employment. You will undertake projects in a team on a daily basis. As part of this project, you will undertake formal training and assessment with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO# 0709 SkillCentred Queensland Inc.) which will lead to a nationally recognised qualification in construction. This traineeship provides you with a pathway to an apprenticeship in carpentry and associated trades.
Full-time employment
76 hours per fortnight (9 day fortnight)
20 weeks
CPC10120 Certificate I in Construction
Pay rates are in accordance with the National Training Wage Award. (Pay rates vary from $11.37 - $23.10)
You must:
be 15 years of age or older
no longer be enrolled/attending school
