AI specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AI Specialist / Generative AI Designer to design and implement AI-driven solutions for the telecommunications domain. The ideal candidate will develop Generative AI applications, automate business processes, and build intelligent assistants that enhance customer and operational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Generative AI solutions for Telco use cases.

Build AI assistants, chatbots, and workflow automation using LLMs.

Develop RAG-based applications and prompt engineering solutions.

Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable AI applications.

Ensure AI solutions meet security, governance, and performance standards.

Required Skills:

5+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in Generative AI.

Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.

Strong knowledge of Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Vector Databases, and RAG.

Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, or AWS Bedrock.

Knowledge of Telco OSS/BSS, customer service, network operations, or digital channels.

Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms, and CI/CD.
