The Opportunity

Join our dynamic national service team as a Field Service Technician! We’re looking for an energetic individual who thrives in a diverse work environment, enjoys engaging with clients, and is eager to install, repair, and maintain our innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective, timely, and high-quality preventative maintenance, installation, and repair of equipment.

• Provide technical support to customers, ensuring clear communication regarding service requests.

• Collaborate with management, sales, and technical teams to enhance service delivery.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs.

• Continuously develop and refine your skills through ongoing training on all equipment.

• Maintain accurate records of service activities and comply with all service procedures and processes.

• Meet designated goals and response times.

• Keep an accurate inventory of Aldus equipment, service parts, and tools.

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in the following areas:

• For a Technician, demonstrated 5 years in a service/maintenance role is preferred, but we welcome applicants with relevant experience.

• For a Technician, Qualifications in Electronics, Electromechanical, or Electrical fields is advantageous.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical and mechanical aptitude.

• Familiarity with packaging or automated machinery is a plus, but not essential.

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

• Willingness to travel to clients in Metro, non-Metro, rural areas and some interstate travel.

• An Electrical License is preferred but not mandatory.

• Driver’s License: A current driver’s license is required.
