THE OPPORTUNITY: We are currently recruiting for an experienced
Estimator or Senior Estimator to join a well-established Victorian commercial builder.
This is an opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work, established systems and a proven reputation for delivering quality projects across a broad range of sectors.
Depending on your background, you could be working across a project portfolio that includes
commercial, mixed-use, institutional, healthcare, education, community and multi-residential developments.
The business is looking for someone who can take ownership of the estimating process and contribute to securing quality projects.
PROJECT EXPOSURE: Projects can include:
- Commercial developments
- Mixed-use developments
- Apartments & multi-residential
- Healthcare projects
- Education & institutional projects
- Community and public buildings
- Retail and commercial spaces
- Refurbishment and fit-out projects

Salary negotiable up to $225,000 package, depending on experience

ABOUT YOU: We are looking for an experienced
Estimator or Senior Estimator with:
- Previous experience estimating for a Victorian commercial builder
- Strong understanding of commercial construction methodology
- Ability to manage tenders from initial review through to submission
- Strong subcontractor and supplier relationships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CostX, Cubit, Buildsoft or similar estimating software
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Full Australian working rights
Estimator and Senior Estimator backgrounds will be considered, with salary and seniority determined by your experience.
