Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator

L&F Transfers is seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and performance of our modern heavy vehicle and light vehicle fleet. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, proactive and committed to safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate preventative and reactive fleet maintenance

• Schedule servicing, repairs, registrations and COIs

• Ensure fleet compliance with legislative and mine site requirements

• Manage maintenance records, work orders and compliance documentation

• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers and repair contractors

• Monitor vehicle performance and minimise downtime

• Prioritise repairs and maintenance activities

• Prepare monthly KPI and fleet performance reports

• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement

• Travel to local depots will be required monthly on a rotating basis

About You:

• Experience coordinating fleet maintenance

• Strong knowledge of heavy and light vehicle compliance and maintenance scheduling

• High level of understanding for identification and securing of parts for vehicles

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs

• Proficient experience with Teletrac Navman ( desirable)

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement

• Ability to create strong relationships with contractors and suppliers
