We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our Western Australia branch, based in Bibra Lake. This is a great opportunity to become part of a successful family-owned business with offices across Australia, as well as New Zealand and Los Angeles. Working within a small and collaborative team, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the WA branch.

Operating in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment, your key goals will be to:

• Providing administrative support to the WA Sales and Management Team. 

• Assisting with customer enquiries and order management. 

• Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. 

• Coordinating communication between sales, warehouse, and service teams. 

• Maintaining customer records and databases. 

• Supporting the efficient running of daily office operations. 

• Assisting with projects and continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Responding to internal and external enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

  About You:

• Previous experience in a similar administration role supporting a busy office or branch environment, preferably within the FMCG, food or beverage industry.

• Strong administration and organisational skills, including experience with debtor management and accounts-related processes.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think laterally.

• Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

• The ability to identify issues early, take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.

• A highly motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
