We are currently seeking a Qualified Marine Mechanic or Marine Technician to join our team in a full‑time position.

QMC is not your typical boat dealership — we are the Australian pioneers for several imported, cutting‑edge American brands, giving our technicians access to the newest technologies and innovations in the marine industry.

We are authorised dealers for world class brands like Boston Whaler, Sea Ray, and Mercury. Our Service Department is consistently busy and well‑regarded for its high standards of quality and customer service.  We are also authorised dealers for other boat brands such as Rayglass, Protector, Dorado, Navan, Harris Pontoon boats, Raymarine, Simrad, JL, Fusion, Minn Kota just to name a few.

Key Responsibilities

• Servicing, repairs, and maintenance of marine engines including Mercury Outboards, Mercruiser Inboards/Sterndrives.  From 2.5 to 600HP.

• We are happy to provide any additional training required to prepare you for the role required.

• General mechanical diagnostics and fault‑finding

• High‑quality workmanship and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified Marine Mechanic or Marine Technician, who can slot into a well-established and supportive team.

• Someone who is hardworking, reliable, and focused

• Strong enthusiasm for the industry and a willingness to continually learn

• Initiative, reliability, and a professional attitude

• Respectful and courteous behavior within the workplace

• Current Driver’s Licence essential
