NEW HOME SALES CONSULTANT

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will guide prospective buyers through the exciting journey of building their dream home, from initial inquiry through to handover of the completed home. You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective buyers and understand their needs, lifestyle, and budget

• Present and promote home designs, house-and-land packages, and upgrade options

• Conduct display home tours and provide detailed product knowledge

• Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer relationships

• Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts

• Liaise with internal teams (estimating, drafting, construction) to ensure a smooth process

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and product offerings

About You

• Proven experience in sales (new home sales or real estate preferred, but not essential)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented

• Ability to build trust and rapport with a wide range of clients

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset
