About the role
Warrah is a leading disability services provider in Northwest Sydney, supporting children and adults for over 50 years. Inspired by the philosophy of Rudolf Steiner, we are a vibrant community delivering a broad range of services including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Support Services (CSS), Warrah Specialist School, and our certified Biodynamic Farm and Farm Shop.
This is a permanent part-time position working 70 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm.
Whether you're an experienced Support Worker ready to take the next step in your career or someone with leadership experience in the disability sector, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills while continuing to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disability.
Working alongside the CSS Coordinator, you'll support the day-to-day operations of one of our day programs while providing high-quality, person-centred support. You'll lead by example, coach and support your colleagues, and help create a safe, engaging and positive environment for participants and staff alike.
