About the role
As Finance & Inventory Manager, you are the engine room behind the scenes, keeping the books, stock, and suppliers running like clockwork. You will manage accounts receivable and payable, oversee stock levels and purchase orders for local and overseas suppliers, maintain Xero and Cin 7 (ERP) systems, support CRM management, and work closely with the Managing Director and sales team.
Key responsibilities
Debtors /Creditors/Payroll: Managing accounts receivable and payable, keeping cash flow visibility sharp
Inventory Control: Overseeing stock levels and purchase orders for our local & overseas suppliers
Systems Champion: Living and breathing Xero, keeping Cin 7 (our ERP) accurate and up to date
CRM Support: Helping keep our CRM clean and useful for the sales team
Office Backbone: working closely with the MD and sales team
About you
Solid background in finance/bookkeeping and inventory management
Experience with Xero
Inventory systems experience
CRM experience
Honest, respectful, and a natural problem-solver
Comfortable working closely with a small, hands-on leadership team
