Construction Supervisor - South of River

At Hug Homes, we are looking for a construction supervisor for the southern suburbs with the following experience and skills: 

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the home builder market as a construction supervisor

• Strong residential building knowledge 

• Existing trade base 

• Attention to detail 

• Superb communication skills 

• Reasonable level of computer skills. Ipad based software 

The role entails: 

• Daily routine site inspections

• Control of trade and supplier programming

• Reporting job progress and maintaining quality of construction 

• Approving and managing of supplier/trade invoices

• Ensuring building compliance and safety procedures 

• A building practitioners license is favourable
