$1.7B Defence Infrastructure Project | Wagga Wagga | Relocation Support Available

Lead the delivery of critical Defence infrastructure that will support Australia for generations.

The Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture (RRJV), a 50/50 partnership between CPB Contractors and Downer, is delivering a landmark $1.7 billion Defence infrastructure program across regional New South Wales.

This once-in-a-generation project spans:

• RAAF Base Wagga
• Blamey Barracks Kapooka
• Albury Wodonga Military Area

The program includes the construction of new accommodation facilities, training buildings, mess facilities, infrastructure upgrades, and refurbishment works that will support Defence capability for the next 30 years.

As project activity continues to grow, we are seeking experienced Site Supervisors with building and infrastructure experience to join our high-performing team in Wagga Wagga.

About the Role

As a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating site activities and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with Site Managers, Engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in driving daily project performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising building, civil, services, and infrastructure activities
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and trades across multiple work fronts
• Leading safety initiatives and maintaining a strong Zero Harm culture
• Monitoring quality, compliance, and project standards
• Reviewing drawings, construction programs, and work methodologies
• Facilitating toolbox talks, pre-starts, and daily planning meetings
• Managing site risks and resolving construction issues
• Ensuring project milestones are achieved safely and efficiently
• Maintaining Defence site requirements and security protocols

What We're Looking For

We want to hear from supervisors who take pride in delivering quality projects and leading high-performing site teams.

You'll ideally have:

• Proven Site Supervisor experience within building, infrastructure, civil, government, healthcare, education, accommodation, commercial, or Defence projects
• Strong understanding of site operations, construction sequencing, and subcontractor management
• Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and quality systems
• Experience working in structured project delivery environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Trade qualification, Certificate IV, Diploma, or equivalent construction qualification
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency with the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance

Defence experience is highly regarded but not essential.
