Wentworthville Clinic's Graduate Program is a structured pathway that supports your transition from graduate to confident, skilled practitioner. Our program is delivered over two distinct stages;

Year 1: Explore Your Potential: Gain diverse experience through rotations across a variety of mental health specialties, including: general mental health, drug and alcohol, eating disorders and women's trauma serviceYear 2: Focus Your Expertise: Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.

Qualifications

Have completed or are on track to complete your Bachelor of Nursing. Eligible for AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse by February 2027Hold valid Australian work rights.
