About the Role 

As a Personal Care Worker, you'll work as part of a supportive care team to deliver high-quality personal care and daily living support to residents. You'll play a key role in promoting wellbeing, independence and quality of life. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide personal care, hygiene, grooming and oral care 
• Assist with meals, mobility and daily living activities 
• Support lifestyle and wellbeing programs 
• Monitor, document and report changes in residents' condition 
• Maintain accurate care records 
• Promote residents' dignity, choice and independence 
• Follow Aged Care Quality Standards, infection control practices and TLC policies 

Requirements 

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care or equivalent 
• Previous aged care experience preferred 
• Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills 
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check 
• Current Influenza and X3 COVID-19 vaccinations in line with TLC requirements 
• Full Australian working rights
