Service Manager

We’re a busy and well-established caravan business in Townsville and we’re on the lookout for an experienced Service Manager to join our friendly and professional team.

If you’re an organised and motivated leader with strong customer service skills and experience managing workshop or service operations, this could be the role for you.

About the Role

As our Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service department, managing a high level of insurance repair work alongside our daily servicing, repairs and warranty jobs.

You’ll coordinate the workflow of the workshop, work closely with technicians, manage customer expectations, liaise with insurance companies and assessors, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll play a key part in keeping the service department running smoothly while maintaining excellent customer service and strong relationships with customers, insurers and suppliers.
