About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to support the delivery of fitout projects and facilities maintenance programs for our national clients.

In this role, you will help coordinate maintenance works, manage scheduling and support the delivery of multi‑site fitout and minor works programs. You will work closely with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors and technicians to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with agreed service levels.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build their career in construction, facilities maintenance or fitout, with the opportunity to progress into a Project Management role over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance work orders and allocate jobs to technicians and subcontractors

• Support the delivery of multi‑site fitout and minor works programs for national clients

• Monitor the progress of works and ensure jobs are completed on time and to required standards

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to coordinate project activities

• Obtain subcontractor quotes and assist with procurement of project materials and services

• Raise purchase orders, track costs and assist with project financial administration

• Prepare client handover documentation and project close‑out packs

About you

• Experience in facilities maintenance, fitout, construction or project administration is advantageous

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules and competing priorities

• Construction related Diploma or Degree

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with teams and clients

• High attention to detail and strong administrative capability

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word

• Experience with job management systems such as AroFlo is advantageous but not essential
