As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help deliver commercially driven marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of Queensland venues.

The Opportunity

Working closely with venue operators and our national marketing team, you'll own the marketing strategy for a portfolio of venues, creating campaigns that build brands, drive customer engagement and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

No two days look the same. One day you might be launching a major venue event, the next analysing campaign performance, planning seasonal promotions or collaborating with creative specialists to bring new ideas to life.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across a portfolio of hospitality venues.
• Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social media, events and local area marketing.
• Drive bookings, functions, food and beverage sales and overall venue performance.
• Manage campaign budgets and maximise return on investment.
• Work collaboratively with creative, digital, PR and content specialists.
• Identify customer insights, market trends and new growth opportunities.
• Coordinate content creation including photography, video and promotional assets.
• Measure campaign success and continually optimise performance through data and reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with venue leadership teams and provide strategic marketing support.

About You

You'll be a commercially minded marketer who enjoys ownership, collaboration and delivering results.

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong copywriting and content development capability.
• Budget management experience with a commercial mindset.
• Exceptional organisation and project management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience within hospitality, retail, entertainment or other multi-site consumer brands will be highly regarded.
