About the Role
SCEE Electrical are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our team across a range of upcoming shutdowns across BHP and Rio Tinto operations in the Pilbara. As an Electrical Supervisor with us you will be responsible for ensuring all electrical works for the project are carried out in accordance with drawings, scope of works, company standards and specifications, Australian Standards and to the project schedule. We are looking for proactive, safety-driven Electrical Supervisors who are committed to delivering quality work across a versatile range of works.

About You
To be successful in this position, you will bring proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the heavy construction industry in shutdown environments and hold a current WA Electrical Licence. You will be a confident leader with a demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and effectively manage negotiations and dispute resolution.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following:
- S26 Statutory Supervisor training with LGIRS exam certificate.
- A high level of commitment to safety.
- Construction White Card
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence
- CPR/LVR Certificate (issued within the last 12 months) desired
- Working at Heights (within 2 years) desired
- BHP/Rio Tinto Inducted desired
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a high functioning team.
