Lineworker DSO/RSO Operator - Omexom

We’re currently seeking fully qualified RSO/DSO Operators based out of Hallam to join our growing teams across various regions of the United Energy (UE), Powercor, and AusNet networks. This is your opportunity to be part of a company that values safety, teamwork, and long-term career development.

Locations:

• 1 x Operator based out of Hallam

• 1 x Operator based out of Hallam and working in Shepparton (LAHA payable)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Operate electrical distribution assets and issue documents on DNO networks in Victoria

• Perform construction, maintenance and fault response work on distribution networks

• Undertake RSO and/or DSO operating duties in accordance with network procedures

• Prepare, issue and manage access authorities and switching programs

• Carry out overhead line construction, upgrades and maintenance activities

• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to required quality standards

• Assist with outage planning and coordination activities

• Maintain compliance with client, regulatory and internal safety requirements

What you will need:

• RSO/DSO Authorities (UE/Powercor)

• Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems - Distribution Overhead or Australian equivalent.

• Construction Industry White/Blue Card.

• High Risk Licences (Elevating Work Platform, Dogging and Rigging).

• Experience in electrical maintenance and construction

• Strong safety mindset and ability to work in high-risk environments
