Muscle Mat is one of Australia's fastest growing home comfort brands. We design and sell premium foam products direct to consumer, including the Relax Mat, Relax Chair, Crash Pad, Mattress Toppers, sheets and duvets. We sell across Australia, New Zealand and the United States, we're bootstrapped and founder led and we are growing 40% year on year with a small team.

We're about to move into a brand new office in Bulimba and we're now hiring the people who will take the business to the next level.

We do not use any agencies and never will. This is not a role where you will be briefing agencies. You must have the experience to implement.

Email is already one of our biggest revenue channels and nobody owns it full time.

You'd own the day to day of our Klaviyo accounts. Flows, campaigns, segmentation, deliverability and reporting.

• Rebuild and maintain our flows across the AU, NZ and US accounts.

• Run three campaign calendars. AU, NZ and the US.

• Own the SMS flows and campaigns

• Set up review requests and post purchase surveys

• Report on what's working

• 2+ years hands on with Klaviyo

• You've run email at an ecommerce brand before

• You write clean copy without needing a copywriter

• You're organised enough to run three calendars

• You like owning a channel and being judged on what it produces

• Full time, based in Brisbane. Hybrid, a few days a week at our Bulimba office with the rest of the team & the option to work the rest from home

• $80,000–$120,000 + super, depending on experience

• Reports to our Head of Ecommerce
