What You’ll Do

Lead Weir Minerals’ APAC tailings strategy, driving market growth through innovative and scalable customer solutions.Partner with customers, EPCMs, and stakeholders to develop integrated tailings solutions that improve performance, sustainability, and lifecycle value.Identify and advance strategic project opportunities, influencing decisions from early study phases through to project delivery.Support technical validation, proposal development, and executive-level engagement to position Weir as a trusted tailings solutions partner.Build regional capability by coaching sales teams, developing customer-facing resources, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in technical sales, business development, engineering, or product strategy within the mining and minerals sector.Strong understanding of tailings management, including thickening, dewatering, slurry transport, water recovery, and lifecycle optimisation.Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead complex project pursuits, and engage at executive and study levels.Qualification in Mechanical, Process, or a related Engineering discipline is desirable.Experience supporting test work programs, flowsheet development, and integrated tailings solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer value propositions.
