Pharmacy Assistant / Customer Service Team

🧡Coorparoo Discount Pharmacy is a beautiful friendly stand alone pharmacy in the village suburb of Coorparoo. We have a wonderful regular clientele and are close to a retirement village.   We have a vibrant fun team and need someone capable and confident to assist.  We pride ourselves on our friendly customer service and taking exemplary care of our long standing customer base.

About the role - Part time senior , Pharmacy assistant or Casual Student

This is a senior role and requires someone who is capable of working autonomously in all aspects of shop upkeep and and making a difference to people.

In our pharmacy we  treat people holistically and provide a complete health solution . We would love a candidate who believes in this ethos.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing end to end customer service of a high level

• Maintaining and assisting the Pharmacist on the schedules counter

• Assisting our customers with all health, wellness and gift shop needs

• Stock maintenance, refill and tidying

• Ordering, invoicing and database management (backup to stock controller)

• Unpacking and pricing gift orders 

• Driver's license and reliable car is an essential as this role will include occasional local deliveries and order collection

• 12-20 hours per week with possibility for more

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience working schedules counter, ordering, invoicing and pricing

• Friendly and professional demeanor

• POS experience

• Strong time management skills

• Z Office experience is a distinct advantage

• Driver's license and reliable car

• Minimum 5 years pharmacy experience

• Dispensary experience a bonus

• Certificate 2 or 3 in Community Pharmacy
