Youth Lab is expanding our phenomenal team.

With five clinics across Perth and the South West, Youth Lab is WA’s premium aesthetic medicine clinic, offering doctor-led expertise alongside a team of highly experienced and talented practitioners.

We are seeking a full-time Clinic Leader to be based at our West Perth clinic, who possesses exceptional leadership capability, 5-star client service skills and a passion for the cosmetic industry.

While experience in cosmetics, beauty or health industries, as well as impeccable interpersonal skills, is preferred, candidates with transferable skills or experience may also be considered.

The role will require you to work closely with our clinic support team, cosmetic practitioners and dermal team in a holistic, supportive and positive team environment. As Clinic Leader, you will be responsible for leading the smooth and effective management of the clinic, ensuring 5-star service is delivered at all times.

To be considered, you will have the following key attributes:

• Minimum of 3+ years in a leadership position in the cosmetics, beauty or health industry

• Demonstrated experience in business operations within the cosmetic medicine environment

• Demonstrated ability to foster positive and productive relationships within your team

• Experience with appointment management softwaren

• Experience with Gmail, Microsoft Office Suite & Shopify

• Solid knowledge of skincare retail products, dermal therapies and laser treatments

• Exceptional presentation and organisational skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Commitment to learning and professional development

• Highly motivated and enthusiastic

• Passion for skin health and skincare
  

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & support of the day-to-day operations of the clinic

• Front of House reception delivering a 5 star experience (key component of the role)

• Greeting clients and providing the highest level of customer service in person, via email and over the phone

• Management of the daily administration activities & support for the clinic team

• Management of inventory and stock management processes for the clinic

• Overseeing building maintenance requirements and activities

• Supporting the clinic team to deliver consistently high standards of client experience and operational performance

• Monitoring clinic performance and supporting the team to achieve key business and performance targets
