The Role

To help in our mission to continue being the best in what we do, Storage King is currently seeking a Relief Store Manager in a full-time role to join our teams based in north east & western suburbs.

Relief Store managers are key in the day-to-day management of the operation, including overall responsibility for customer service, end-to-end store management, including overall facilities management. No two days are the same in this role. Being a Relief Store Manager at Storage King is as exciting as it is rewarding.

This role will involve a roster across a variety of locations in a given region to assist the Store Management team in covering gaps in rosters. This role requires a very adaptable person who enjoys a changing environment and is happy to travel.

Working Hours

Full time - 38 hours per week across 5 days.

Flexibility is required, as shifts may be scheduled on any day between Monday and Saturday.

No late nights or public holiday work is required.

Ideal if you have a retail, sales or hospitality backgroundA passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethicAn enthusiastic team player, always wanting to exceed expectationsBe goal orientated and results-drivenBe computer literate, with good email and have confident telephone communication skillsHigh level of attention to detail across all tasksEnjoy problem-solving and taking ownership of tasksCurrent full driver's license and access to vehicleForklift license desirable but not essentialAbility to work on Saturdays when required
