Permanent full-Time 35 hours, 5 days/week $83,635.86 to $91,643.51 + Super
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and customer-focused professional to coordinate and support the delivery of Council's internal and external planning panels and Pre-Development Application lodgement meetings processes.
As a key point of contact on behalf of Council, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of panel sessions, including the Liverpool Design Excellence Panel (DEP), Liverpool Local Planning Panel (LPP) and Sydney Western City Planning Panel (SWCPP). The role will regularly require attendance and coordination of meetings outside standard working hours and will work closely with panel members, Council staff, applicants, industry professionals and community stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU
You will be a highly organised and confident administrator who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex meeting arrangements and communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to work independently while supporting a busy development assessment environment.
Experience coordinating committees, panels, meetings or similar governance processes, particularly within a local government or planning environment, will be highly regarded.
