Trainer and Assessor - Carpentry/ Wall and Floor Tiling (Immediate Start)

Wattle College is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45676, CRICOS 03905A) based in Carlton.  We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team for the following qualifications: 

• CPC30220 - Certificate III in Carpentry

• CPC31320 - Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare and deliver units of competency within the relevant qualification; 

• Ability to develop student resources;

• Monitor student progress and support by developing a comprehensive intervention strategy;

• Assistance with student resource development;

• Participate in industry consultation, moderation, staff and validation meetings;

• Create an engaging and positive learning environment for students

You need to have the following:

• Hold relevant TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent);

• Hold relevant trade Certifications in the qualifications mentioned above;

• Ability to plan and organise training set priorities, and meet deadlines;

• High level of written and oral communication skills.
