Contract Administrator VIC

Join one of Australia’s leading commercial fitout contractors delivering high‑quality fitout & refurbishment projects across workplace, government, education, retail and hospitality.

Contract Administrator to support and deliver fast‑paced fitout projects valued between $1M–$5M, working within an established, high‑performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor packages from procurement through to final accounts
• Prepare, assess and negotiate variations
• Administer head contract obligations and subcontract agreements
• Manage EOTs, RFIs, progress claims and payment schedules
• Monitor project costs, forecasts and commercial reporting
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery

• Experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction, fitout or refurbishment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
• Procore / Acconex experience highly regarded
• Jobpac / Vista / Cheopps experience highly regarded
