Floorscope is a growing flooring business based in Clayton South, and we are looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our team in a full-time Showroom Office Position.

This is a fast-paced and varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organised and being part of a busy team.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers in our showroom

• Providing friendly and professional customer service

• Managing and responding to the company email inbox

• Estimating

• Answering phone calls and handling customer enquiries

• General office administration and data entry

• Assisting with quotes, orders and job administration

• Liaising with customers, suppliers and installers

• Keeping the showroom and office areas organised and clean

• Supporting the team with general day-to-day tasks

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, professional and confident dealing with customers

• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work

• Computer literate with good communication skills

• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
