About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Technician specialising in Multifunctional Photocopiers and Printers to join the Service Department at Toshiba Australia. This full‑time, permanent position will be responsible for servicing one of Sydney Metro's key regions, including the Northern Beaches, North Shore, South East Sydney, Eastern Suburbs and Inner West.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and on‑site service to our customers across a range of multifunctional photocopiers and printers.

Responsibilities include:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining multifunctional photocopiers and printers at client sites.
• Diagnosing hardware and software issues and providing timely and effective technical solutions.
• Conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Responding promptly to service requests and troubleshooting any technical problems that arise.
• Delivering high-quality customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex technical issues when necessary.

Other requirements:

• Proven experience in servicing and repairing multifunctional photocopiers and printers
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with office equipment
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to photocopiers and printers
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment maintenance
• Capability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field service role
