We're seeking 2 x experienced Civil Superintendents to join a major project team on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth. This is not a short-term shutdown or project with an uncertain finish — you'll be stepping into an ongoing 4-year project with genuine stability and the opportunity to make your mark.
 
The Opportunity
As Civil Superintendent, you'll take a key leadership role on site, overseeing civil construction activities, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to program. Our client is a well-established Civil Contractor that has been operating successfully for over 25 years and are experiencing enormous growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise civil construction crews and subcontractors
• Coordinate daily site activities, labour and equipment
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification
• Monitor project progress, quality and productivity
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and site leadership
• Drive a strong safety culture across the project
• Identify and resolve site issues before they impact the program
• Ensure construction activities meet project schedules and standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Civil Superintendent / Senior Civil Supervisor
• Strong civil construction experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead large crews and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and construction processes
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced project environment
• Current Australian work rights
• Perth-based and available for an 8/6 FIFO roster
