Our Divisions

• Health and Wellbeing Service
  • Delivers a primary health care service to the people of the Gold Coast & surrounding communities.
  • Clinics at Coomera, Miami and Bilinga
  • Roles available: Medical Receptionists, Registered/Enrolled Nurses, General Practitioners, Health and Wellbeing Workers, Aboriginal Health Workers, Social and Emotional Wellbeing Workers, Deadly Choices Program Officers, Dental Assistants, Dentists, Transport Officers
• Child, Youth and Family Support Services
  • Administers the Family Wellbeing Service, Family Participation Program, Early Learning Program and the Kinship and Foster Care programs within the South East Qld region.
  • Centres at Coomera, Burleigh, and Beaudesert
  • Roles available: Administration, Kinship and Foster Care Workers, Family Wellbeing Workers, Youth Wellbeing Workers, Early Learning, Domestic and Family Violence Practitioners, Family Connection Workers, Empowered and Connected Families
• Seniors Services
  • A provider of the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Home Care Packages, and runs a day respite Wellness Centre.
  • Based at Bonogin, but Support Workers can work across the Gold Coast visiting clients
  • Roles available: Community Support Workers, Care Advisors, Team Leaders, Kitchen staff,  Rostering Officer.
• Finance and Corporate Services
  • Based in Varsity Lakes
  • Role available include: Administration, Finance Officers, Marketing and Communications, Housing Officer, Graphic Designers, Policy Officer, Cultural Development.
• Jellurgal Aboriginal Cultural Centre
  • The Gold Coast’s only dedicated Aboriginal cultural centre.
  • Based at Burleigh Heads
  • Roles available: Cultural Tour Guide, First Nations Ranger.

Key Selection Criteria

This will be dependent on the role you are seeking, however:

• Blue Card - many of our positions require a Queensland Working With Children Check, known as a Blue Card
• A satisfactory national criminal history check is a requirement for all positions.
• Many of our positions require a current drivers' license.
• Many of our positions are identified, which means that it is essential that the person who holds the position be an Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person. It is therefore a genuine occupational requirement under section 25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 that applicants are Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders. A Confirmation of Aboriginality will need to be provided.
