RFID Inventory Specialist

At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're looking for an RFID Inventory Specialist to build on the success of our RFID program and continue transforming how we manage inventory across our brands. You'll play a key role in improving stock accuracy, reducing shrinkage and delivering data-driven insights that support better business decisions.

Working across Finance, Retail, Supply Chain and Technology, you'll be our RFID subject matter expert, partnering with teams across the business to solve complex challenges, champion best practice and drive continuous improvement in inventory management.

About the role

• Lead and manage RFID stocktake programs across stores and distribution operations
• Drive stock integrity by analysing RFID data and identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Investigate stock discrepancies, shrinkage trends, stock loss and inventory anomalies, recommending practical solutions
• Partner with Retail, Finance and Logistics teams to improve inventory accuracy and minimise operational risk.
• Monitor key inventory metrics
• Support month-end and year-end inventory reporting and audit requirements
• Identify systemic inventory issues and champion continuous improvement initiatives across the business

About you

• Experience with and an understanding of RFID - essential
• Experience in inventory management, retail operations or supply chain
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and turn insights into action
• Excellent problem-solving and investigation skills
• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and influencing outcomes across different teams
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using reporting tools
