Property Manager

About the role

As part of continued growth, you'll take on the end to end management of a residential property portfolio, working closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to deliver exceptional service and maintain properties to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs promptly and efficiently

• Conduct routine inspections, property condition reports, and final bond inspections

• Manage lease agreements, renewals, rent collection, and arrears

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally

About you

• WA Property Manager Registration (essential)

• Valid Driver's Licence

• Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, REBA, and REIWA Code of Ethics

• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

• High attention to detail, strong organisation, and time management

• Confident using property management software and modern tech tools

• Knowledge of the Geraldton area is an advantage
