Spray Seal Manager

Lead the delivery of major road surfacing projects with a company built on quality, safety and performance.

CORPS Pavement Services is seeking an experienced Spray Seal Manager to lead and oversee our spray seal operations across the north west region of WA. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this key leadership role is responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of spray seal projects while developing high performing teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

This is a residential Karratha-based position, offering the opportunity to build a long term career while enjoying the lifestyle and community benefits of living in the Pilbara. Regular travel throughout the North West region will form part of the role.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Leading spray seal projects from mobilisation through to completion.
• Managing project resources, plant, materials and logistics.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Providing leadership, mentoring and development to supervisors and crews.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Managing project budgets, forecasting, productivity and profitability.
• Supporting tendering and estimation activities.
• Driving continuous improvement across operations, safety, quality and service delivery.

About You

You are a proven spray seal professional with strong technical capability and leadership experience. You thrive in a fast paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for customers while maintaining the highest safety standards.

To be successful, you will have:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in spray seal or road surfacing operations.
• Extensive knowledge of spray sealing techniques, binders, aggregates and plant.
• Experience managing teams, projects, budgets and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of industry specifications including MRWA, mining sector and local government requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• White Card and the ability to pass pre-employment and site-specific medicals.
