About the role
This is a 12-Month Max-term opportunity that sits within People & Culture and supports the Asset Management Australia business, partnering closely with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.

As a PAC Business Partner, you will work across the full employee lifecycle, advising leaders and delivering practical people solutions that support performance, engagement and organisational capability.

Key responsibilities:
Partner with leaders to provide advice and coaching across performance, engagement and employee relationsSupport end-to-end people processes including talent, succession, remuneration and developmentTranslate business needs into practical people strategies and initiativesDeliver people programs that strengthen capability and organisational performanceContribute to firmwide People & Culture initiatives and continuous improvementMentor and support junior PAC team membersBuild trusted stakeholder relationships and collaborate with Centres of Excellence

About you
Experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally in financial services or professional servicesStrong generalist HR capability across the employee lifecycleCommercially minded with the ability to align people outcomes to business needsConfident engaging, coaching and influencing senior leadersProven ability to build relationships across teams and functionsRelevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce, psychology or similarExperience with remuneration or compensation frameworks is advantageous
