Experienced Buyer’s Agent — SETLD Property

About the role

As a Buyer's Agent with SETLD Property, you will manage active buyer briefs from engagement through to acquisition, source on-market and off-market opportunities, and represent clients throughout their property search and purchase journey. This is an experienced, non-entry-level position requiring someone who already understands buyer advocacy, property acquisition and the Melbourne property market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage active buyer briefs from engagement through to acquisition
• Source on-market and off-market opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with selling agents
• Attend property inspections
• Research properties and analyse comparable sales
• Assist clients with property selection and acquisition strategy
• Coordinate property due diligence
• Negotiate purchases directly with selling agents
• Represent clients at auctions
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout their search

About you

• Previous experience as a Buyer's Agent / Buyer's Advocate
• Strong knowledge of the Melbourne property market
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Confidence dealing with selling agents and clients
• Experience assessing property values and comparable sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple active buyers
• High attention to detail
• Victorian real-estate qualifications/credentials appropriate to the role
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
