We are seeking a commercially minded Supply Chain Analyst to support procurement, inventory planning, logistics and distribution activities. This role will drive data-led decision making, optimise inventory performance, improve supplier outcomes and identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain.
Salary Range: $80,000 to $81,000 per annum plus superannuation
• Analyse procurement, inventory, logistics and distribution performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop demand forecasts and support replenishment planning and stock optimisation.
• Monitor supplier performance, lead times and on-time delivery metrics.
• Create KPI dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel and ERP data.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities across purchasing, freight and inventory management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to improve service levels and customer outcomes.
• 3-5+ years' experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory or logistics analysis.
• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Business Central, and Power BI.
• Understanding of inventory planning, forecasting and supply chain principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business or related discipline preferred.
