We're partnering with a highly regarded, privately owned Melbourne practice that has built its reputation on exceptional patient care, comprehensive treatment planning and life-changing smile transformations.

With no preferred provider agreements and a loyal patient base that values quality over volume, this is an opportunity to practise dentistry the way it was intended.

We're looking for an experienced Associate Dentist with a minimum of five years' clinical experience who is passionate about comprehensive dentistry and wants to continue developing their skills in full-mouth rehabilitation, orthodontics, and Digital Smile Design (DSD).

About You

You'll be a confident clinician who enjoys building long-term patient relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes.

You'll have:

• Minimum five years' experience as a practising dentist.

• Current AHPRA registration.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities.

• A genuine interest in comprehensive dentistry.

• Experience or a strong passion for:

  • Full Mouth Rehabilitation

  • Orthodontics (Invisalign or fixed appliances)

  • Digital Smile Design (DSD)

  • Cosmetic and restorative dentistry

Most importantly, you'll be someone who values quality, ethics and patient-centred care over production targets.
