Shutdown & Rostered Mining & Engineering – Multiple Trades

Tekk Group WA is currently building our workforce pool for upcoming shutdown, rostered and ongoing mining & engineering opportunities across Western Australia.

We work in partnership with mining and contracting companies to provide experienced, site-ready personnel across FIFO and DIDO operations.

Current Workforce Requirements

We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced:

• Section 26 Supervisors – 8/6 Rosters

• Mechanical Fitters – Shutdowns & Rostered Work

• Boilermakers / Pipefitters – Shutdowns & Rosters

• Riggers – Shutdowns

• Crane Operators – Shutdowns

• Painters & Blasters – Rosters & Shutdowns

• Belt Splicers – Level 2 & Level 3

Key Requirements

Depending on the role, candidates will generally require:

• Australian-recognised trade qualification, where applicable

• Confined Space

• Working at Heights

• White Card

• Relevant heavy industry, mining or similar experience

• Current competencies, tickets and licences relevant to the position

• Ability to meet site-specific medical, induction and drug & alcohol screening requirements where applicable

Pay Rates

Typical rates range from $50 – $90 per hour, depending on the client, role, site, experience and location.

Rates are generally paid on a flat hourly basis, with specific conditions confirmed prior to mobilisation.
