Service Coordinator

About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to lead our service operations. In this role, you will coordinate service requests, schedule technicians, and ensure service jobs are completed efficiently while maintaining excellent customer communication.

Key responsibilities includes and is not limited to:

• Lead and manage incoming service requests via phone and email

• Schedule and book service technicians for site visits and communicate with customers regarding appointments

• Liaise with service technicians, installers, production, and dispatch teams to coordinate workflow

• Arrange parts and materials from the production team for technicians to carry out on-site service

• Manage customer service calls and ensure timely responses to enquiries

• Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

• Oversee service performance and implement continuous improvement strategies

• Maintain accurate documentation and records, ensuring smooth communication across all departments

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required

• Proven experience in a Service Coordinator role, ideally within the manufacturing industry

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to absorb technical information quickly.

• Self-motivated with strong time management and organisational abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
