Sales Support & Administration Coordinator

Are you an organised administrator who enjoys supporting sales teams, managing processes and solving problems behind the scenes?

We're looking for a Sales Support & Administration Coordinator to support our Account Management team, ensuring customers receive a seamless experience from order processing through to onboarding and implementation. This is a hands-on role focused on administration, process execution and stakeholder coordination.

What You'll Do

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues.Support the sales team with onboarding, order processing and contract implementationAssist the sales team to improve customer satisfaction, this will include issue resolution, billing, invoicing, order processing, legal coordination and contract implementation.Coordinate with other departments such as Legal, Finance and Fulfilment teams to resolve issuesMaintain accurate records and workflows in Salesforce and internal systemsHelp remove roadblocks and ensure a smooth customer experienceIdentify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies across the direct client portfolio, as required.

About You

Experience in Sales Support, Administration, Customer Operations or Account CoordinationConfident using Salesforce, CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeExposure to billing, invoicing or SAP is highly regardedStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsEnjoy working in a fast-paced, process-driven environmentExperience within financial services, insurance, professional services, technology or SaaS businesses will be highly regarded.
