About the Role:

We are seeking skilled Scraper Operators to join our team and contribute to safe and efficient mining and civil operations. This role is vital in site preparation, rehabilitation, and maintaining haul roads and stockpiles. You will be operating heavy earthmoving equipment to move and distribute soil, overburden, and other materials across the site.

Location: Atlas Campaspe Mine

Roster: 2:2 - 12-hour shifts

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operate scraper machinery in line with site procedures and safety standards.

• Operate scraper machinery in line with site procedures and safety standards.

• Strip topsoil, move overburden, and assist in site rehabilitation.

• Collaborate with operators and supervisors to meet production targets.

• Adhere to environmental and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

Experience & Qualifications

• Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations (preferred).

• Proven experience operating a CAT 657.

• Experience in mining or civil construction environments.

Licences & Skills

• Current Driver’s Licence.

• Strong understanding of mine site safety protocols.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
