Administrative Assistant - Sport

Wesley College Melbourne, a school of the Uniting Church, established in 1866, is one of Australia's leading and most respected co-educational independent schools.  With an enrolment of 3,400 students from ECLC to Year 12, it comprises three metropolitan campuses in Melbourne, at St Kilda Road, Glen Waverley and Elsternwick, outdoor education sites at Chum Creek, Mallana and Lochend, and a Year 9 residential campus at Clunes. 

Wesley College is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Sports Administration Assistant to join the Sports Directorate at our Glen Waverley Campus.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to the College's sporting programs, assisting with coordination, communication and the smooth delivery of day-to-day operations.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position commencing as soon as possible and concluding on 2 June 2027. The role would suit an enthusiastic team player with strong organisational, communication and administrative skills.
